I have a lecture at eleven. I am still lying in bed. I have a forty-five minute travel time. Agh. Also, I have been awake, am awake, but I switched the computer on to check... something that I can't even remember now, christ almighty, why do I do this to myself?

And the parentals are on holiday. I think they just got back from the shops. They are going to kill me. Unless I lie about when class is...

ATHENS is lovely. And the ATHENS toolbar on Firefox is good for lazy humans. I really miss getting lots of exciting vaguely relevant articles and then putting hem in a box and never looking at them. That was the best bit of academia.

I just found EEBO, which is Early English Books Online, which is marvellous, but not what I am supposed to be looking at. Ho-hum.

While replying to your comments here, I was sitting next to a girl that I am friendly with, and she asked what I was doing, and then she started looking at my lj. And I was all. Um. Eek. And yet, y'know, no big deal, really.

Yaaaaaaaaaawwwwn. I am pretending to work. I now have a list of books and articles and stuff which I have to winnow down to fifteen relevant/useful ones. I don't really want to. And I'm supposed to have a "context" for it, like, a high school student doing a project, or. Anyways is all gah and is due on Monday morning so it's not like I'm leaving it to the last minute...
