James is officially going to join the cast of Angel next season, so I'm sure they'll find plenty of reasons to get his shirt (and the rest off).

Good. Is he replacing the gormless git, her token boyfriend and the stereotypical public schoolboy gone bad? In fact, I would like to see the entire show with only three characters- Spike, Angel(us) and Cordelia. The wit would be blinding.

Yes but what a triangle...

It would probably put the Angel/Conor/Cordelia one to shame. The wit...the sexual innuendo...the numerous references to Angel's body parts by both Spike and Cordelia...

Apparently the regularcast for next season is Angel, Spike, Wesley, Gunn & Fred.

Charisma Carpenter is apparently quitting to spend more time with her new family, and I'm not sure what is happening with Connor, but he is probably going to make a few guest apperances.

(I've been trying to avoid spoilers for Season 4 / 5 Angel cos I want to wait til it's released on video)

Yes, ASH had the same excuse but he came back. They always do. Personally I can't wait for the supposedly dark English Giles spin-off that's supposed to be in the pipeline...

But yeah, JM and DB have great chemistry. Now, must regain interest and watch S2-4. One day.

I can imagine a dark, jack-the-ripper London, an imposing Watcher Academy, Giles meeting strange people by the Thames and musing over his Slayer-less existance whilst flashbacking to his swinging-sixties past. Can't wait.

Hope Joss doesn't take too long to write it. Perving over Giles the Geriatric is not going to be much fun.

I think ASH might still be sexy in his own unique way, as long as he doesn't start to act like Sean Connery.
