I dragged myself out of bed this morning and went into town to meet Alex. Turns out he was still in Stirling. And Laa didn't answer her phone, so I just wandered a bit by myself.
It was sunny and I shaved my head last night, so I went into Etam intending to buy a hat to prevent sunburn. Went up to sale bit, tried a few things on. Tried on other things. Tried on a couple more things. Ended up buying a short-ish linen dress (khaki), a big skirt of same, a short black-and-red skirt, over-knee black-grey striped socks and purple fishnet arm-things. And shoplifting a hat. Which wasn't entirely intentional, I put it on to save myself carrying it as well as the other stuff, and didn't quite notice until she was bundling my stuff up. But it was only a quid. Is black, cord, the flat-cap type fashion. Anyway, by the time I left the shop it was raining.
And I went into the bank and she was trying to talk me into an ISA and I was scared. And I mentioned it to paternal and he said no, you should use this online bank that gives a better interest rate. And I went eep.
Money scary.
Oh yes, familial meal out to celebrate the fact that I managed not to fail my exams. Fives, sevens and a nine, on the twenty-point scale, and I don't see that as deserving of celebration, so I refused the champagne when it was suggested, but I'll not say no to getting fed. Even when it means I have to put up with the boy for a couple of hours with no real distractions from conversing.
I go sleep ver' soon, methiniks.
