Jun. 4th, 2003 12:26 pmBuilt chest of drawers from IKEA. Feel skilled. Also now have small blister in right palm. Ow.
Am wearing a dress, because I felt like it. And because my jeans cover my tattoo, and it isn't going to look this good when it's healed, because the ink bleeds out and so the little squiggles are just going to look like black smudges, I think, and... anyway. green velvety dress. odd.
cats. like the cats. they are friendly. and there's nothing more purely hedonistic, that I can think of, than lying on a bed on a sunny afternoon and stroking the cat which is lying beside you purring a deep constant rumble. like cats.
not particularly fond of humans, though.
am a bit cold now, actually. that's no good.
and I want to write but I'm kind of... stuck, like I have several things I should be writing and each one is blocking and being blocked by another. which is annoying. grr.
have rocking chair made of banana leaves, also from IKEA. is a bit low, but is very cool. in a weird way. need to make space for it in my room by tidying up some - and hey, I now have more storage, because I built it!
bored now.
