(no subject)

There is no way in hell that I should be awake right now. But one of the cats came upstairs at quarter to seven, and yowled until it discovered that my door doesn't lock. Then dad was getting up, then step-maw, then her alarm went of for lots of minutes untl I got up and switched it off, then the boy was getting up, and all through this I had a cat sitting on me. So once the house was empty I got up.

Grr. Not wish to be awake.

Lying on floor. Um. Attempting to write various stuff. Failing miserably. Oh well.

drabbling

Not posting them yet, because they need work, but I now have five drabbles and one double-drabble, all at exact word-count. One drabble is Farscape, one is Alex Krycek, and the rest are all PoTC. I just had a few ideas for that last night, see. I can't seem to get a fic, though. Just these little ideas that could potentially combine to become a fic but I'm just writing as drabbles. I'm sure it would help if I saw the movie again...

And bits of things and others that I can't do. Grr.

Should still be asleep, I think. But in the absence of that option, food ought to do quite nicely.

drabbles

I suck so much... My Farscape drabble sucks, and may need to become an actual fic, or cut out a concept. Dunno. Also, I just spent an hour - more than that! - looking at PoTC screencaps and thinking about icons. I even moved over a lamp so I had better light on the screen because it's not very good for looking at pictures. Then I remembered. This laptop doesn't have a picture editing program. At all. *grr!*

The advert that was just on (Sci-Fi) for "John Doe" said:

"Looking for a man?" shots of girls and lead
"So's he." shot of lead.

Of course, at the time he's putting up a MISSING poster with a picture of himself, but... Geez. Did they have to say that? I was gonna watch it anyway!

Fic is somewhat happening, but will most likely stall now. Have yet another short PoTC, though it looks to end up at 250 words, and a Fitz/Oz that is around 500 and looks to keep going. And I'm hungry. Which is obviously why I'm writing this.

F/O is my current OTP. It's even (possibly) overtaking Fitz/Eight. It's likely just that I'm writing it right now so, y'know, it's in my head and in my heart and all that shite, but... Fitz/Oz!

Hmm. I think I will go get food after all.
