Updated site.

Stupid of me to stay up like this when I'll get kicked out of bed in the morning, and I haven't even done the stuff I put aside last night.

Made rock buns today, though.

Am going to have to go shopping, as well. Grr.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Deliberate self-sabotage. Fortunately, there's not much for me to fuck up right now.
[livejournal.com profile] wtp_slash - oh. my. not thrilled with some of it, but the Rabbit/Gopher? *is ded of cute, or possibly fear* There's not that much of it, and most was written in September, so updating prospects are doubtful. But Gopher is so adorably self-flagellating!

Anyway. Went to see PoA with familials. It was quite good, certainly atmospheric, but... even if you ignore all the stuff from the book that was JUST PLAIN WRONG and all the things that shouldn't have been missed out or... Ignore all that. It would be nice if the film was internally consistent. It isn't. Nothing too huge, I suppose, but still. And I guess it's not like the book is the epitome of sense and consistency either.

I wish I'd seen The Drinking Game beforehand. Though it's a tad spoilery.

"And chug for sheer joy at the paper-crane-love-note thingy and the 'hug'. (wadiekin)" - oh. yes. oh. my. Those were two things I loved. Also! the scene with Harry learning Patronus - the candles are spines, with numbered vertebrae, which is too cool, and the orreries! I love orreries anyway, but the idea of a magical orrery (that's what the balls floating about were, or at least I assume so) and then the mechanical one with a little train running around the bottom just for the hell of it (again, I assume) - yeah, I just went, "ooh, dinky!"

OK, going now.
