went to doctor. he changed my drugs but I can't start taking them till Monday because I have to let the old ones flush out first. so this weekend, which was supposed to be work (and can't be because I don't have the sheets because when I turned up for my lecture this afternoon nobody was there and when I went to talk to one of the lecturers I forgot who it was and talked to the wrong guy and got really embarrassed and ran away and started crying which is a not-entirely-unwelcome but surprising return to schooldays reactions) I will be coping with coming down off cipramil and then next week which will be rushed work getting the tut sheets done and in will be side-effects of the new stuff, venlafaxine, which I am now going to go look up.

was quite amusing, though, he had this little chart in the back of his book with conversions for switching anti-d's.

damn. really ought to go to talk to someone at student support. really don't want to. hate talking.


are going to see The Ring tonight. feel certain it will be much crapper than the Japanese version. but will see.

don't feel like reading much but don't see any other options and am confused and don't care and hate feeling like a whiny little brat and stopping now
