Called and confirmed job today. So I have to check trains, etc, in case I can't get driven, which is looking possible. I ought to be packed already or do it tonight but I can't be arsed and I at least have a bunch of clothes set out to pack.

I had dinner with folks from choir and there was pavlova and there was beer and there was a nice wee dog also.

I am done with group - I got there late and there was only one person there and it's odd to just cut off like that but I would have given them more notice if I could have and, whatever, done.

Still need to send a good few emails but I can draft them on the train and then send.

Packing always ends up being last-minute no matter how soon you start. Thus you have merely saved time. I know this based on observation and the fact that I am a bit vague makes it no less scientific.

I think you're absolutely right. And if I'd been packed earlier I would have felt the need to finish tidying, and hoover, etc. Which would have sucked.

Yes, I am. I saw a little last time I was there. It has lots of books. And there is a Costa Coffee (iirc) in the foyer, which is convenient. I will let you know if I discover anything cunning.
