I've just spent ages explaining to Baba that when he asks where the sponge bag is and I say "what sponge bag?" this does not mean that I need him to try and explain at insane length what a sponge bag actually is, it means Do we even have one? Not that I've ever seen.
Turns out it is one I have never seen and was in his room. On the plus side, I am forgiven for going to bed when tired last night instead of staying awake to wait for him to come home and do his packing for him. So that's nice.
