Unfortunately the light outside my door is mostly dead, so to see who it was I had to put on my light, and I figured I would rather discourage him than have him there for however long. But I would have felt better with a chain on the door, so I will probably pop along to B&Q on Monday and get one.

I feel much better today - I actually woke up hungry, and considering yesterday I was forcing myself to eat, that is quite good.
