On the way into lectures I saw this girl wearing ankle boots (four-inch heel, one-inch platform, I think) and bondage trousers with straps flying in the wind and a black denim jacket. And I thought, "I want to be her."

And I walked past a couple of yah girls, also looking at that girl, one of whom said, "what the fuck is that all about?" Oh, like you're so special, yah bitch.

and I had lectures and emailed paternal and feel icky and thus am going home now.

Walking through Soho just now I passed a shop window displaying a red leather dress, knee length with a sort of 50s-style flared skirt and covered in eyelets and straps. "Ooh, that's pretty," I thought. I think Soho may be getting to my dress sense.
