Note to self: next time, lie to the nice lady.

They did not take my blood. I told them I was on drugs, and I was on a stable dosage, and then she asked if I was eating and sleeping properly. I made small comments on sleeping, then attempted to negate them, but she said to go away. well, nicely. but still. I'm sure I could have argued on mental wellbeing grounds but never mind. Maybe I will go get pierced or something. Tomorrow, obviously.

I sat outside the library eating muffins because I had not eaten all day and was v hungry. Am now in computer room. Will be going to bollywood dance class in, oh, fifteen minutes.

and then i will go home and have hot food and then i will go in my room and read crappy fic and then i will sleep. i will sleep lots. honest.

Hey-

It's good that you tried to give blood, but it does take it out of you (both literally and figuratively). If you're not in brilliant health, it can really knock you down. They just want to make sure you're ok afterwards.

Is just that, y'know, I'm generically down, and I don't particularly care if I'm ok afterwards because giving blood makes me feel like a valid human for a little while. And I have done it before.

I shall leave your blood in you but claim ownership of, let's say, half a pint of it. That is poetical and not sinister.
