Feb. 3rd, 2005 05:32 pmAm sitting staring blankly at the screen. I was sitting on my bed with a cat sitting on me and another to the side, but I had to move to put on a jumper. This house is not warm.
I realised at Glasgow bus station that I did not have house keys, so I wandered and killed some time in Osiris - tried on lots of stuff, bought a couple of tops and bits and bobs - and then finally found Ingram St and Bravissimo where I tried on shirts and bras and bought a shirt and think I have changed bra size to an even more inconvenient one, damn it all. But I was friendly and polite to the women in the changing rooms so I think that is an achieve, dammit.
Um. *stares blankly at screen again* I read "The Hunger" as well. *cries at the, um. something. "nipple perfection"*
I'll work later. No, really. Don't feel up to working. Or writing. Or reading, even. May just sit and watch crap TV. Which is no good, but. Ugh. Found my credit card statements in the pile of mail, went, "ooh, no debt!" then thought, "hang on, have used card for these things recently..." As one does.
Last night the parentals saw me sleep-deprived and vaguely drunk and I don't think they realised. Perhaps that I was more talkative than usual, but not that it was wrong.
I dreamed. RL people and something Stargate-y and something X-men-like. There was a group of people, linked mentally, and there was insistence, "have to go back for her/me," and they did, got her out, but her neck was broken, so her spirit ended up inside a blue monkey.
I can't write, I'm not real, it doesn't make any sense... *shiver, shudder, sliding out*
Food will probably help. Yes.

Date: 2005-02-04 12:28 am (UTC)But Netiquette demands I reply!
Or at least my Netiquette... I don't think anyone else obeys these rules (rules: if you read something, reply to it, unless you're gonna be nasty, and don't want to be nasty. Also some other rules I forget.), but you have to have some sort of code, after all, right?
Well anyway... Yes. "nipple perfection". What the hell is that book about? (other than "nipple perfection".)

Date: 2005-02-04 03:51 am (UTC)Um. Vampire woman. Doctor woman. Deep sleep apparently the key to immortality, doctor is doing research on it, vampire decides to make doctor her new companion, because they don't last as long as she does but she doesn't know why - hopes doc's research will tell her. And there are really tacky sex scenes.
