So I was walking along the street. And this little white dog runs out and starts barking at me. I stare at it, then start to walk on. Then a bigger, Lassie-type dog runs out, joins it, jumps up and bites at my arm. It barely caught me, only broke the skin a little, but I was so shaken by that. I was just... walking along the street. I kept walking and they chased me for a few shops and I was just... I mean, my policy is ignore them and stay off their property but I was out in the damn street.

I'm about to get on a bus to Merida and am wavering about plans. But I have four hours on the bus to think about it. Hurrah.

Sigh.
