kbkI did things!
I went to the jobcentre and to an agency (but I have to go back there tomorrow afternoon as apparently you are supposed to have an appointment, which means that fiver was pretty much wasted). And I looked in shops and the only clothes I considered buying were too expensive. And I got rained on fairly comprehensively.
And I cooked dinner for me and the boy and paternal unit. It was crappy stir-fry but it was cooking. Perhaps I will bake this evening as I have remembered that such things are fun. But it is annoying being in an unfamiliar kitchen. Grr.
