What was Scooti's position? something Maintenance? And do we have a spelling for her full name? I mean, the thing Jefferson said... Sutori Manista?
The "it took us two years to work that out" - does that mean they've been there for two years or longer? or did they work it out before they got there? How long have they been there, actually? They're fairly hightech, I wouldn't expect it to take more than a month or so to drill... though, I guess they are going pretty deep... argh?
I kinda want to fic now, but then it might be jossed all to hell. And the SPNporn that I started writing out of omg-have-not-written is growing and becoming fic, damnably.
And and and. The last few days I have had excessive Fear, so I did not go to Stirling, and then there was a "family" barbecue which I was forced to attend but wandered off fairly quickly. But. Um. Grr?
Oh yes! The boy mentioned this, and I thought it good. The last words of the old series are, "Come on, Ace. We've got work to do." Compare and contrast to the space-tourist attitude of the new series.
Now I sleep. Yes.
