Maris Pipers are nice but I always think of them as Niles' wife's maiden name in Frasier. Because seriously, if your name was Maris Piper feminism wouldn't come into it, you'd change your name to the first bloke's you could get your potatoey hands on.
I think you would be one of those smooth potatoes that don't go floury. I would have to look up potato types to work out which.
