Home for half an hour and already I am tense. Argh. However, I am getting away!

Unless something goes horribly wrong, I have a summer job up at Aberden Uni library. It's scutwork, really, checking stock, but I could do with something simple right now, and it's paid, and it gets me away from here. I can stick it out here for another ten days and then be gone. *crosses fingers*

Wow. Actually earning money. That'll be a new experience for me.

Mmm, money. I spent a hundred pounds on Tuesday. The internet is good for that. Mostly for an mp3 player, but also train tickets and a SheWee - that's a little funnel thing so I can piss standing up. :D

standing up whilst peeing isn't as fun as it sounds. There can be misaims and the like. Though I guess a funnel will be more accurate. The male gentials are useless!

I certainly have no use for them...

Squatting in the woods and peeing down one's leg is not very good either. And some of the toilet seats I've sat on were, uh, disgusting.

Books are friendly and will be better company than other kinds of checkable stock. That is good.
