kbkGeek!Owen! I think I love him. Oh. Unfair.
For once I like Rhys. Most of the time, I can take him or leave him, really, and I feel sorry for the way Gwen fucks around with/on him, but this time I actually quite liked him. "I'm going to marry this bloody mad woman if it kills me." Honey, it might.
Ianto has a diary. Ianto writes about All Sorts of Things. Hee!
I was yelling at the telly, going, "Jack, don't be stupid, Jack, please, don't!" When you have a guy locked up and are about to destroy his very existence... don't let him inside your head. For serious.
Ianto's little mouthed "bugger" after Jack's comment about measuring tapes = win.
I quite liked that episode. It was fairly predictable and standard, but it was a good vehicle for back-story (though, God, how much trauma does one Jack need?), and Adam was sufficiently creepy, and the various wrongnesses fun. I was bouncing as I moved into the other room to get BBC3.

Martha is just... coming in and being more awesome than everyone. Particularly Owen. But also Gwen. Oh, and the EPR paradox thing! yay for Martha, for true.
And Jack asking after her family - because, hey, he saw more of them than he did of her, surely.

"Innovative. Almost avant-garde." And the way he drifts off, visibly, after the "wow" was just cute. Hell, the fact that Martha actually *asks* is, yum.
"You're warped on the inside. How do you think of these things?"
"I'll take that as a compliment."
Quite fun drama one, I thought. Should have realised they'd be using the alien device as soon as Owen brought it out to show off, but oh well. I can't believe they actually killed him! I'm wondering, given the trailer, if it's permanent - I'm leaning towards not, but I can see that they might given, y'know, the whole rapist thing. And he said yes to Tosh. Which was kind of a death sentence, really.
