Aargh. Am home. Am on bloody fucking laptop as much of house's contents are still in the garage post-re-wiring. Have been helping by removing random nails and helping heft beds up the stairs. Yawn.

Um. Thing? Oh. Yes. Have stuff written-ish, but must type up, so on, so forth.

Have been entertaining myself with the Dulux website, trying out combinations - because, y'see, having room painted on Monday, must go buy paint tomorrow, must thus decide what colours, was thinking yellow and blue, but the shades are not quite what I wanted, but there's this "Moroccan Blue" that I simply adore at the moment but knowing my luck they won't have it in the shop. But none of the yellows seem to go right with it. Because, see, I want the blue on the big wall and yellows on the other three, but I think that blue doesn't want yellow with it, it wants, maybe, pale blue or grey or... gah. I so could not be a designer.

Headache... want sleep... want 'nando... um. something. have emails to send.

Blue and cream go absolutely wonderful together for room-decorating. One of these days, when I get a place of my own, I am doing blue and cream. Oh yes.

And you do have a point. Cream as sort of highlights would probably be better. I was with a friend trying to find a bedset for her room, and we ran into curtains. She had a blue carpet sample on her, and I held it next to the cream curtains, and...yeah. Pretty.

Magnolia is basically off-white, like it was supposed to be white but someone dropped a little bit of yellowy-beige into the mix. It is boring.

The combo does sound pretty.
