My fingers are blue. At least the top two phalanges. They're getting better now I'm wearing a fleece, but they were really quite pale/blue/etc and interesting.

Still haven't been out. Really ought to go soon.

The... Reyes Syndrome, or whatever it is, that gives you crappy circulation?

Nah, I was just cold.

And why not use "phalanges"? It's a perfectly good word, and the most accurate way of describing the physical symptoms.
